Great location, near petrol station, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Cable car and train to mountain nearby. Beautiful mountain views. Convenient for visiting Hallstatt and Königsee. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. High-quality facilities and cleanliness.

Amazing location close to the mountain lift and right in the city center. The hotel staff was friendly, and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding. We also had a nice balcony that gave us a wonderful view of the city.
The gym and spa at the hotel were not up to mark. The pool was dirty and the hotel staff seemed inexperienced about managing it.

Amazing breakfast and spacious rooms! My partner and I had a lovely romantic escape! We were delighted with the delicious breakfast options and enjoyed the spacious rooms with beautiful views of the mountains. the hotel is located near the ski lift, making it a great location for winter sports enthusiasts. Plus, the nearby hiking routes were perfect for our summer trip.
Noisy children and odd staff member Unfortunately, children playing outside our room interrupted our relaxation. one staff member was quite unpleasant, which put a damper on our experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even picking us up from the railway station. The morning buffet had a great selection, the spa area was well-designed, and the cleanliness was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated just a short walk away from the Planai station. It's an ideal spot for skiing or hiking enthusiasts like me. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering great service throughout my stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-equipped, providing enhanced comfort and quality. I also loved the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of options to choose from, including freshly prepared eggs and pancakes. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to my friends.
